Appointments

Appointments can be made during office hours by calling 716-691-3400 for Tonawanda or Island Pediatrics and 837-0995 for Main Pediatrics.  Appointments can also be made on the web site.

Tonawanda Pediatrics is pleased to offer well child check ups during evening hours.

Appointment No Show Policy

Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours may result in a $50.00 charge.  This charge must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

Forms

There will be a $5.00 charge for completion of the following forms: day care, college, no fault, workers' compensation, Family Medical Leave Act.  We will provide a copy of a child's immunization records and a computer generated annual health appraisal for free.

After Hours & Emergency Care

An on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week at 716-691-3400. For more information visit our Health Information Center.

Prescription Renewals

Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that that patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal. To renew a prescription online, click here.

Financial

All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our billing office should you have any financial questions or concerns. You can learn more about Billing & Insurance policies here.
